Arturo is a partner at Muskus Abogados and has more than 15 years of experience. Having worked in the Federal Judiciary and as an advisor to major banks and financial institutions nationwide, Arturo stands out as one of the most well-rounded and experienced litigating attorneys in the country.

His professional practice focuses mainly on civil, commercial, and insolvency litigation, as well as risk advisory for investment and participation in national and international arbitration proceedings.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to gain deep insight into the perspective of judges, having served as Secretary of Agreements, Drafting Secretary, and Officer within the Federal Judiciary. He has also acted as legal representative for various financial institutions in collection proceedings, contractual breaches, insolvency cases, and has advised clients in preparation for arbitration proceedings.

Finally, Arturo has a particular interest in matters related to Constitutional Relief (Amparo), Human Rights, and State Liability, areas in which he has had the opportunity to participate firsthand, both from the perspective of the courts and as counsel representing plaintiffs.
