Julio César is an associate of Muskus Abogados and has more than 15 years of experience in the foreign trade and customs sector, where he has had the opportunity to work for both the
government and the private sector.

Julio worked for more than 10 years for the Tax Administration Service, in the General Customs Administration and the Foreign Trade Audit; and more recently worked as a regulatory leader in
several consulting firms in foreign trade and logistics and customs agencies.
